A fast track refurbishment contract over several wings for a landmark establishment.

Main plant comprised dedicated local air handling unit and central chilled water. Space air conditioning was provided by Fan Coil Units.

New air handling plant provided conditioned fresh air and extract to all areas.

The latest building management system, controls and monitors the mechanical installation.

Specific project objectives required particular attention to detailed planning and co-ordination between the main services trades and building manager. This was to ensure compliance with the fast track, twelve week programme.
