A partly New Build and partly existing contract with Crispin and Borst for this prestigious project with several floors of high quality Laboratories and associated facilities for the research and study of Stem Cell science.

Cititec were responsible for the mechanical services installation including medical gases, fume cupboards, specialist cooling processes and other laboratory systems.

Distribution of services was via the false ceiling voids with dedicated risers for vertical distribution between floors.

Controls for mechanical plant was via a building management system which provided accessibility for the client whilst complying with the landlords requirements
