A fast track fit-out contract for Lehman Brothers in the latest facility of this kind, located in the London Docklands

Cititec were responsible for the off-site pre-fabrication and on-site manufacturing of 10 inch, flanged / class 1 welded CHW pipework which served the downflow AHU’s within this ‘Internet Hotel’.

Both the pipework and the Fire Duct were fully co-ordinated prior to off-site pre-fabrication and delivery – essential to maintain the aggressive installation programme.
