A fitout contract with Overbury plc for this prestigious project with several floors of high quality offices and associated facilities.

Cititec were responsible for the mechanical services including installation of 4 pipe fan coils using chilled water and low temperature hot water, comms room cooling using 3 direct expansion close control units and various other ventilation and water systems

Distribution of services was via the false ceiling voids with dedicated risers for vertical distribution between floors.

Controls for mechanical plant was via a building management system which provided accessibility for the client whilst complying with the landlords requirements
