A fast track project for Siebel Systems, at their new training and administrative centre in Middlesex.
This new development comprised three buildings, each consisting of three floors, with the services installation conducted simultaneously in all three blocks.
By drawing upon its excellent human resource capital and supply chain, Cititec Building Services were well positioned to meet the challenges presented by the services installation.
High calibre project management, supported by experienced in-house design engineers, delivered the project in sixteen weeks.
Main plant included dedicated central station air handling units, and chillers.
